We offer telehealth services only at this time for residents of Virginia, Delaware, Louisiana, Florida and Alabama, including individual and group sessions.
Our licensed professional counselor employs a variety of techniques to create a safe and healing environment as you navigate your mental health challenges. Our licensed professional will also help you identify and overcome the obstacles that stand in your way.
Each session is 60 minutes, and you can take advantage of our membership options for discounted weekly or bi-weekly sessions.
